Food Security
The federal government has approved Virginia’s application to provide Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) benefits to families who receive free or reduced-price school meals and those enrolled in schools that provide free meals through the Community Eligibility Provision. You can learn more about the program here.
Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) - Repaving Schedule
VDOT’s 2020 Repaving Schedule has been published, and five roads located in the 42nd District are on the list. VDOT’s interactive map has information about roads scheduled to be repaved, other preventative maintenance measures, and contact information for VDOT Construction Managers. See the map here.

Cox Communications
Cox Communications is currently accepting nominations for their Heroes of Distance Learning Program! Nominations are due May 6 at 11:59pm - Ten teachers will win a $1,000 grant for a virtual classroom.
